"Go Red for Women" Luncheon
Maggie G. Johndrow attended the American Heart Association’s Greater Hartford Go Red for Women Luncheon on behalf of FRFG as a guest of MurthaCullina, LLP. The event empowered local women with education and awareness on heart disease, a woman’s number one health risk. The day included impressive keynote speakers, including ABC News anchor and author Mara Schiavocampo. Thank you to MurthaCullina for the invitation to this great event!

"For Richer or Poorer" Workshop
On Feb. 1st Maggie G. Johndrow hosted a seminar “For Richer or For Poorer” in our FRFG offices. This workshop specifically targeted younger investors, focusing on their unique situations as they embark on new chapters in their lives. Topics covered includes planning for retirement, college planning, budgeting and saving, student debt, life insurance, and buying your first home. Thank you to attorney Allison Poirier from Kahan Kerensky & Capossela LLP for presenting on the legal elements young investors should consider such as a will, a health care directive, and a power of attorney. Special thanks to Powder Hallow Brewing for providing local craft beer as refreshments alongside our dinner of Naples pizza in Farmington!
